Serving Paris and Bourbon County
Remodeling, additions and custom homes for Paris and Bourbon County, at the other end of Paris Pike from Lexington.
Bourbon County, Kentucky
The drive from Lexington to Paris runs along Paris Pike, past stone fences and some of the best-known horse farms in the world. The town at the end of it has a historic downtown and streets lined with nineteenth and early twentieth century homes.
Blue Oak Construction helps Bourbon County homeowners bring those houses up to date, and builds additions, outdoor spaces and new homes for those who need something different.
What we build
Blue Oak Construction brings the full range of residential services to Paris homeowners. Building new? See our custom home building service.
Custom cabinetry, countertops, islands and layout changes.

Family rooms, guest suites, offices and basement baths.
Decks, covered porches, screened porches and patios.
Local knowledge
Older Paris homes reward patience. Plaster walls, original floors and tall ceilings are worth keeping, but kitchens and bathrooms usually need a complete rethink, and wiring and plumbing often need attention behind the walls.
We plan these renovations so the new work feels at home in the old house, with cabinetry, trim and tile chosen to suit its age.
