Serving Nicholasville and Jessamine County
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions and new homes for Nicholasville and Jessamine County, from a builder just up US-27 in Lexington.
Jessamine County, Kentucky
Nicholasville has grown quickly, and its homes reflect that: established houses near downtown and Main Street, and newer subdivisions stretching north toward Brannon Crossing and the Fayette County line. Blue Oak Construction works on both.
Our office on Corporate Drive sits on the south side of Lexington, which makes Nicholasville one of the shortest drives we make. That matters during a project, when your project manager needs to be on site regularly.

Local knowledge
In newer Jessamine County subdivisions, the most common requests are finishing the basement that came unfinished, upgrading a builder-grade kitchen and adding a covered or screened porch out back.
In older Nicholasville homes, projects lean toward opening closed-off floor plans, updating bathrooms and replacing worn flooring and trim. For families who need more room, an addition is often simpler than moving.
