Local knowledge
Historic Frankfort homes often call for sensitive updates: kitchens and baths that function for modern life, inside houses that keep their original staircases, mantels and floors.
Hillside lots are common here, and they shape what is possible for decks, additions and walk-out basements. We look at grade, drainage and access before recommending a design.
