Serving Versailles and Woodford County
Thoughtful remodeling, additions and custom homes for Versailles and Woodford County, in the heart of horse country.
Woodford County, Kentucky
Versailles sits west of Lexington on US-60, surrounded by some of the most recognizable horse farms in the Bluegrass. Homes here range from historic houses near the courthouse square to farmhouses and newer neighborhoods on the edge of town.
Blue Oak Construction brings the same care to all of them. We renovate with respect for the setting, and we build additions and outdoor spaces that suit the landscape around them.

Local knowledge
Woodford County homeowners often want to modernize without losing what makes the house feel like the Bluegrass: hardwood floors, brick fireplaces, deep porches. We plan kitchens, baths and whole home renovations around those features.
On larger lots and acreage, custom homes, additions and covered porches are common requests. We help with the site questions that come with rural property, from access to utilities.
