Serving Midway and Woodford County
Careful remodeling, additions and custom homes for Midway, the small Woodford County town with the railroad down Main Street.
Woodford County, Kentucky
Midway is exactly what its name says: midway between Lexington and Frankfort, with a railroad line running down the middle of its historic main street and horse farms in every direction.
It is a small community with a strong sense of place, and homeowners here tend to care about getting the details right. So do we.

Local knowledge
Many homes in and around Midway are older, with the charm and the quirks that come with age. We update kitchens and bathrooms, rework tight floor plans and refinish what is worth saving.
On the farms and larger properties around town, we build additions, porches and custom homes that fit the landscape.
