Serving Wilmore and Jessamine County
Kitchens, baths, additions and whole home updates for Wilmore, the Jessamine County town built around Asbury.
Jessamine County, Kentucky
Wilmore is a close-knit college town, home to Asbury University and Asbury Theological Seminary. Its streets hold a mix of older houses near campus and newer homes toward the edges of town.
Blue Oak Construction serves Wilmore from our office on the south side of Lexington, by way of Nicholasville. We bring the same team and the same standards we bring to every project.

Local knowledge
In Wilmore, homeowners often ask us to make a modest older house live larger: opening the kitchen, adding a bathroom, finishing attic or basement space, or building a small addition.
We plan those projects carefully so the budget goes where it makes the biggest difference in daily life.
