Serving Richmond and Madison County
Family rooms, guest suites, offices and basement bathrooms for Richmond homes with unused space downstairs.
Richmond, Kentucky
An unfinished basement is the least expensive square footage you can add, because the walls and roof already exist. We finish and remodel basements in Richmond with the framing, insulation, lighting and finishes that make the space feel like the rest of the house.
Many newer Richmond homes were built with tall, dry, unfinished basements and plumbing rough-ins already in place, which makes them ideal for a family room, bedroom and bath.
Basements in older Richmond homes can have low ceilings and moisture issues. We tell you plainly what is practical before you spend anything on finishes.
