Serving Paris and Bourbon County
Room additions, primary suites, sunrooms and second stories that blend with your Paris home.
Paris, Kentucky
When a house runs out of room, an addition lets you stay where you are. We design and build home additions in Paris that match the existing foundation, roofline and exterior so the new space looks original.
Adding on to an older Paris home means matching brick, trim and roof pitch that are no longer standard. We take the time to get those details right.
With more land to work with around Paris, additions can spread out: a primary wing, a larger kitchen or a garage with living space above.
What’s included
Bedrooms, family rooms and offices.
Bedroom, bath and closet as one wing.
Bright rooms that open to the yard.
Building up when the lot is tight.
Small extensions that fix a cramped room.
Attached garages with bonus space.

Paris is northeast of Lexington at the end of Paris Pike. Bourbon County is known for its horse farms and for a downtown lined with nineteenth century homes.
