Serving Paris and Bourbon County
A private bedroom, bathroom and closet added to your Paris home.
Paris, Kentucky
Many older Paris homes have small bedrooms and a shared hall bath. A suite addition solves both without touching the original rooms.
A primary suite addition gives you a bedroom, a full bathroom and a walk-in closet designed together. For Paris homeowners, it is often the project that makes a house work for the long term, especially when it puts the main bedroom on the ground floor.
On larger lots around Paris, a first-floor suite can be a full wing with its own porch access.
What’s included
Sized for real furniture, with good light.
Double vanity, tiled shower and tub options.
Planned storage, not leftover space.
Main-level suites for aging in place.
A door to the yard or a porch.
Comfort handled for the new wing.
