Serving Berea and Madison County
Room additions, primary suites, sunrooms and second stories that blend with your Berea home.
Berea, Kentucky
Adding on to an older Berea home means matching brick, trim and roof pitch that are no longer standard. We take the time to get those details right.
When a house runs out of room, an addition lets you stay where you are. We design and build home additions in Berea that match the existing foundation, roofline and exterior so the new space looks original.
In Berea subdivisions, lot lines and setbacks shape what can be built. We check those limits early so the design fits the property.
