Serving Georgetown and Scott County
Screened porches that give Georgetown homeowners an outdoor room without the bugs.
Georgetown, Kentucky
In newer Georgetown neighborhoods, a screened porch is one of the most requested upgrades, often replacing a small builder deck.
Kentucky summers are humid and full of insects, which is why a screened porch gets more use here than an open deck. We build screened porches in Georgetown on solid foundations, tied into the roofline so they look like part of the original house.
On older Georgetown homes, we match the porch to existing brick, trim and roof pitch so it suits the age of the house.
What’s included
Brick or masonry bases and solid floor framing.
Gable and shed roofs matched to the house.
Durable screening with clean trim details.
Finished wood ceilings with fans and lights.
Decking, tile or concrete.
Screens and a roof added to an existing deck where the structure allows.
