Serving Georgetown and Scott County
Remodeling, additions and custom homes for Georgetown and Scott County, a quick trip up I-75 from our Lexington office.
Scott County, Kentucky
Georgetown is one of the fastest-growing communities in Kentucky. Around the historic downtown and Georgetown College you will find Victorian and early twentieth century homes, while new neighborhoods continue to spread across Scott County.
Blue Oak Construction serves both sides of that story: careful renovation of older homes that deserve it, and upgrades, additions and outdoor spaces for newer houses that need to grow with the family living in them.

Local knowledge
Historic homes near downtown Georgetown often need updated kitchens and bathrooms, modern wiring and better flow between rooms, all without losing original trim, floors and character. That is work we enjoy.
In newer Scott County subdivisions, the requests are different: finished basements, larger kitchens with islands, primary suite upgrades, and decks or screened porches that make the backyard usable.
