Serving Frankfort and Franklin County
Residential general contracting for Frankfort: one team responsible for the whole project.
Frankfort, Kentucky
On older Frankfort homes, a general contractor earns their keep by sequencing structural, plumbing and electrical updates before finishes go in.
A general contractor coordinates every trade, keeps the schedule and answers for the result. Blue Oak Construction does that for residential projects in Frankfort, backed by the commercial experience of our parent company, DB General Contracting.
In newer Frankfort homes, larger projects like additions and finished basements still need permits, inspections and trade coordination handled properly.
