Serving Berea and Madison County
Screened porches that give Berea homeowners an outdoor room without the bugs.
Berea, Kentucky
Kentucky summers are humid and full of insects, which is why a screened porch gets more use here than an open deck. We build screened porches in Berea on solid foundations, tied into the roofline so they look like part of the original house.
On older Berea homes, we match the porch to existing brick, trim and roof pitch so it suits the age of the house.
In newer Berea neighborhoods, a screened porch is one of the most requested upgrades, often replacing a small builder deck.
